Mislav Bago, HRT news anchor, while talking to Kosor said "Can I cheer you up?" and broke the news about Mesić, "according to latest information" dropping below 50 % and Kosor surging to 2^nd place.

According to index.hr, reports about second round and Kosor on 2^nd place were leaked from State Electoral Commission.

UPDATE:

Leaked data indicate that Mesić won 49.3 %, Kosor 19.8 % and Boris Mikšić 17 %. According to index.hr, this data matches information independently received in all three headquarters.
